Financial Contributions:

Volunteering – Engage employees in team-building work that makes an immediate and lasting impact on hunger:

We welcome groups of up to 40 to volunteer in our warehouse. Each shift lasts about 2 hours and may include:

  • Repacking fresh produce and bulk food for distribution
  • Inspecting, sorting, boxing and labeling food donations
  • Assembling boxes of assorted produce
  • Assembling nonperishable meal kits

Please note: Volunteer tasks are predetermined by staff and are selected on an “as needed” basis.

All volunteers are required to complete a liability waiver and asked to complete an image release prior to volunteering at Westside Food Bank. Volunteers under the age of 11 must be accompanied and have the release signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Please reach out to volunteer@wsfb.org to schedule your volunteer day.
