This form will send a request to schedule a food drive to Westside Food Bank. You will be contacted by Food Bank staff within two business days to schedule a dropoff or pickup for your food drive. If you have any problems with this form, please contact Quincy Gibson.
Important: A minimum of one week's notice is needed to set up a food drive. Please only use this form to set up a new food drive. If you have updates or changes after you have been contacted by Food Bank staff, please contact us or e-mail the staff member who has already been assisting you with your food drive.
